1/ Product Guarantee

Many of the products we deliver to our customers are purchased through a third party and therefore, because they are not developed and packaged by us, we cannot take responsibility for any harm that these products may cause (i.e. food reactions/allergies). It is the responsibility of our clients to ensure they use and/or consume any products they purchase from us responsibly.
 
2/  Billing
 
To save you the time and hassle of having to renew your subscription,
whatever subscription plan you have will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period as long as the payment information we have on file for you is current and valid. 
To avoid automatic renewal, you must advise us ON OR BEFORE
the last calendar day of the last month of your subscription.  
i.e. if you have a 3 month subscription for October, November and December, you must cancel by December 31st or your subscription will be automatically renewed on January 1st.
 
3/ Shipping
 

When will your order be shipped? So glad you're filled with anticipation! 

- SUBSCRIPTIONS will mail on or before the 6th of the month and orders must be placed by the 1st of the month for guaranteed delivery.
 
- OH MY! box will be shipped on or before the 20th and mails bi-monthly.
 
- SPA-LUXE boxes will mail within a week of ordering.
 
- Loss/Damages:  Should your Date Mail become lost in the mail or arrive damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. This may affect which themed box you receive, however we will do our best to send an exact duplicate. Note that damaged refers to contents being harmed due to shipping errors, not simply the packaging.

Acts of God: Delayed delivery time due to Acts of God are out of our control and will not constitute as a reason for Date Mail to refund product/s.

- Incorrect Address:  Product returned due to an incorrect address on the customers file can be shipped back out to a valid address, however at the purchaser's expense.
